A: Pricing is based on the square footage of the home and includes a transition upcharge for the extra time required to clean inside all cabinets, closets, and vanities. As a baseline, the Move-In/Out upgrade is typically +$100 to +$250 in addition to the standard cleaning rate for your home's size. All quotes are transparent and flat-rate.
Q: Are interior appliances (fridge and oven) included?
A: We clean the exterior of all appliances and the interior of the microwave standard. For a complete interior refresh of the refrigerator (including washing all drawers/shelves) or a deep clean of the oven interior, we offer appliance detailing for $45 per appliance.
Q: Does the house need to be completely empty?
A: To perform a true Move-In/Move-Out clean—especially wiping down the insides of cabinets, drawers, closets, and pantries—the home must be completely free of furniture, boxes, and personal items. If the home is still furnished, we recommend booking our Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean instead.
Q: Will you clean the carpets?
A: We meticulously vacuum all carpets using high-performance Shark vacuums with sealed HEPA filtration to extract dust, dander, and debris. We do not offer wet carpet shampooing or steam cleaning extraction.
